Former FAA Air Traffic Control Supervisor with more than 25 years of professional air traffic control experience in both military and civilian operations. Served as an Air Force controller before joining the FAA, where I worked as a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) and later as an Air Traffic Control Supervisor. My experience includes tower and terminal radar operations, controller training, supervisory oversight, operational risk management, FAA policies and procedures, incident analysis, controller performance, and aviation safety. Throughout my career I was recognized as a trusted trainer and mentor, responsible for developing controllers and ensuring compliance with FAA standards. I have experience with FAA systems including STARS and Traffic Management Initiatives, as well as extensive knowledge of FAA orders, air traffic control procedures, and airport operations. In addition to my FAA career, I hold Commercial Pilot, Instrument, and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificates, providing a unique understanding of both pilot and controller perspectives.
