Dr. Fiaz Jaleel is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) with subspecialty board certification in Pain Medicine. With more than three decades of medical experience, he has dedicated his career to the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, spine disorders, and pain conditions. Following his PM&R residency at Washington University School of Medicine/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Dr. Jaleel developed extensive expertise in interventional physiatry, electrodiagnostic medicine, and rehabilitation. His training included the management of stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic rehabilitation, and advanced injection procedures for spinal and joint conditions. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Jaleel is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), frequently providing expert evaluations in medicolegal cases. Throughout his career, he has served as Medical Director of a hospital rehabilitation unit, Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, and Occupational Medicine Physician.
