He authored a corporate M&A playbook securing $100M in Board funding and negotiated multi-million-dollar agreements with Live Nation and AEG. This executive financial experience allows him to provide precise "Fair Market Value" calculations for lost sponsorship inventory, intellectual property rights, and breach of contract damages.
