Additional Information

I am an active, board-certified Pediatric Intensivist and Associate Professor with over a decade of clinical experience caring for critically ill children. In my daily practice as a pediatric critical care physician, I manage high-stakes clinical scenarios including pediatric trauma, shock, respiratory failure, and complex multisystem disorders. My background includes serving as a Pediatric ICU Division Director and being recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM), roles that have deeply grounded my understanding of both clinical medicine and institutional leadership. In addition to my medical training, I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH), which allows me to approach case reviews with a clear, systems-level perspective on patient safety and standard-of-care protocols. Because I am a published researcher and an active journal reviewer for publications like Pediatrics, I am highly comfortable analyzing medical literature and evaluating evidence-based data. Having spent years teaching residents and medical students, I pride myself on my ability to break down complex medical data, advanced physiology, and nuanced ICU protocols into clear, objective, and easily understood explanations for legal teams, judges, and juries.
