He is available to review records, photographs, videos, incident reports, animal control materials, training histories, veterinary and behavior records, owner communications, and other case materials. He can assist attorneys in evaluating whether the conduct of the dog, owner, handler, trainer, business, or other involved party was consistent with reasonable dog handling and training practices.
