Dr. Mohamad Saad is a double board‑certified Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine physician with more than 15 years of clinical and academic experience. He has trained hundreds of resident physicians and faculty on standards of care, clinical decision‑making, and patient safety. He has authored more than 200 lectures, served as CME Director for faculty development, Team Based Learning for residents' IM board training, and is the recipient of multiple teaching and patient‑care awards, including the Distinguished Program Director Award. He currently serves as the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director. Dr. Saad holds an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management, including coursework in healthcare law, and is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) through the American Association for Physician Leadership. He has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chairman of Medicine, Chief of the Hospital Medicine Department, and Associate Chief Medical Officer. Throughout his leadership tenure, Dr. Saad has actively participated in — and at times chaired — Medical Audit Committees, Peer Review Committees, Mortality Review Committees, Medical Executive Committees, and other quality and safety subcommittees. This broad clinical and administrative experience provides Dr. Saad with a unique vantage point to meticulously evaluate academic standards of care, hospital operations, physician performance, systems of care, and administrative processes across nearly all adult medical specialties. His expertise spans inpatient, outpatient, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), nursing homes (NH), and transitions‑of‑care settings.
