Ms. Frailey's professional career spans multiple settings and populations. She currently operates through Core Vocational Services LLC in Toledo, Ohio, where she provides a full range of vocational rehabilitation services to injured workers. Concurrently, she serves as a Vocational Expert for the SSA Chicago Region and previously provided employment and career counseling services to consumers of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) through You Belong Ohio. Ms. Frailey held a supervisory role at CorVel Ohio MCO/CorVel Corporation, where she oversaw approximately 25 vocational case managers, reviewed BWC lost-time claims for vocational rehabilitation eligibility, and ensured compliance with vocational plans, authorizations, and progress reporting requirements. Prior positions at Markey and Company and Procura Management, Inc. further developed her skills in serving both injured workers and disabled veterans in Ohio and Michigan. Ms. Frailey began her vocational rehabilitation career at VoCare Services, Inc., where she coordinated a broad range of return-to-work services including work simulation, transitional work programs, and gradual return-to-work planning for injured workers across the state of Ohio. Ms. Frailey is actively engaged in her professional community through the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), where she serves as Chairperson of the Standard Compliance Review Board, Secretary for Rehabilitation Case Management & Transitions Services, and as a Mentor Committee Member. She is also a member of the Penn-Ohio Chapter of IARP, Vocational Evaluation and Career Assessment Professionals (VECAP), and the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE/IPEC). Ms. Frailey has contributed to the professional development of colleagues and the broader legal and rehabilitation community through presentations and guest lectures. Her speaking engagements have included the Toledo Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section, the IARP Spring Mini-Series, the University of Toledo Law School, and the Akron Bar Association, covering topics such as vocational expert utilization, functional capacity evaluations, and vocational rehabilitation practice within the Ohio workers' compensation system.
