He currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at MedStar Georgetown University and has held significant leadership roles, including President of the Arlington County Medical Society and Vice-Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Espinel offers expert litigation support for both plaintiff and defense counsel, specializing in cases involving breast cancer diagnosis and management, surgical complications, and general surgical standards of care.
