I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management and am a Certified Demolition Specialist (CDS). I am also a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) in California, with specialized knowledge of environmental considerations associated with demolition projects, including hazardous materials and regulatory compliance.
