Award-winning neonatologist (newborn intensive care physician) in active clinical practice. Columbia and UCLA educated. Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Treated what were (1994) the smallest surviving premature twins ever as attending physician. First use of NO (nitric oxide) for pulmonary hypertension (1995) and therapeutic hypothermia for neonatal brain injury (2008) in a community neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Pennsylvania.
