Dr. Raphael Sadiwa is a licensed physical therapist in the State of Texas (license #: 1104404) with 30 years of clinical experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. His three decades of professional experience spans working with different age groups throughout the lifespan. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Boston University and have dual certifications in Life Care Planning and Functional Capacity Evaluation. As a clinical doctoral level physical therapist licensed in Texas, he has additional training in diagnostic clinical reasoning which provides him the ability to see patients in Texas directly without a physician order for a limited number of sessions. In addition, his doctoral education included graduate coursework in statistics enabling him to appraise the literature that he uses in writing and supporting his opinions. His work has been published as case abstracts in peer reviewed journals, and some have been cited in scoping and systematic reviews. He has been retained by top international law firms for both plaintiff and defense involving civil rights and discrimination issues. Dr. Sadiwa is scheduled to testify this year in a federal case, a personal injury case and in an arbitration hearing. To date, he has provided one deposition in a federal civil rights case. He has also been accepted in the past through a blinded peer review process to present at major US and international physical therapy and rehabilitation medicine scientific conferences.
