I am a board-certified neurologist with a subspecialty focus on nerve and muscle disorders and neurophysiology. As a neurophysiologist, I use electrical studies including electromyography (electrical testing of muscles), nerve conduction studies (electrical testing of nerves) and electroencephalography (electrical testing of the brain) to identify patterns that are helpful in the diagnosis of serious health problems. As an expert witness, I strive to provide honest, defensible opinions in a timely manner. I also pride myself in communicating complicated medical concepts in plain language.
