I have been a general contractor in residential remodeling as well as an estimator for a large residential remodeling company, I have extensive experience in the field of home inspections having been a home inspector for 32 years. I am an ACI (ASHI Certfied Inspector), American Society of home inspectors. I am a member in good standing at both the Americal Society of Home Inspectors and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Over my 32 years I have advance credentials in the following areas: Level II Building Envelope Moisture Analyst and EIFS Third Party Inspector- Certified by the Exterior Design Institute (EDI), Certified Mold Inspector and Assessor(CMIA) Environmental Solutions Association, EIFS certifed through Moisture Warranty Corporation, Commercial Building Inspections, Level II Thermographer,Certified Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer Inspector, HAAG Certified Commercial Roof Inspector,HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector I am licensed as a home inspector in Ohio and Kentucky: Licensed Home Inspector in Ky. HI-2292, Licensed Home Inspection in Ohio OHI.2019004331 I am the past president of both the Ohio Real Estate Inpectors Associaion (OREIA)and Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Associaion (KREIA). I currently sit on the board of directors of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association. I was also part of the Joint Legislative Committee for Ohio ASHI during the creation of the State of Ohio Home inspectors License I have taught home inspector continuing education through out the country at inspector conferences. After licensing in Ohio, I was a consultant with Hondros College in the creation of their on line home inspector training course for the National Home Inspector exam and licensing preparation. In addition, I taught the online course.
