Her degrees in Psychology and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame offer the crucial foundation of Human Resources - combining an understanding of behavior with the ability to analyze data and patterns to design, implement, communicate and refine workplace policies, programs and practices that represent best practices and remain compliant in the ever-changing landscape of employment law. She has attained the Senior Professional of Human Resources designation and is a Professional Consulting member with the Forensic Expert Witness Association.
