Additional Information

Alex Zuttre provides independent, litigation-oriented expertise on airline ticketing, travel distribution, and airline retailing technology. He has more than 15 years of experience in senior product leadership and system design roles within the global airline technology sector. His work includes leading the development of reservation interfaces, digital booking platforms, commercial product systems, inventory and schedule tools, and modern offer and order management capabilities used by international carriers and large travel intermediaries. Mr. Zuttre previously spent 10+ years with Amadeus, one of the world’s largest airline technology providers, supporting North American and international airlines on digital distribution, reservation platform customization, retailing strategies, schedule and inventory processing, ancillary product sales, and integration between airlines and travel agencies. He later held senior product leadership roles building next-generation airline retailing platforms for a growing travel technology provider, where he oversaw systems responsible for pricing, availability, scheduling, product creation, and downstream distribution to travel sellers. His work spans the full lifecycle of how flight products are created, displayed, sold, modified, reissued, and fulfilled across the end-to-end travel value chain. Mr. Zuttre assists attorneys with root-cause analysis and liability assessment in matters involving ticketing errors, schedule changes, refund eligibility and processing delays, denied boarding and oversales, mispriced fares, fare rule misinterpretation, ancillary fee disputes, loyalty or status benefit issues, travel agency negligence or misrepresentation, online travel agency coordination failures, chargeback documentation, and breakdowns in communication between airline systems and third-party sellers. He is proficient in interpreting system logs, booking records, ticketing data, shopping and pricing outputs, availability logic, schedule change feeds, and digital channel behavior. He evaluates how information is generated, transmitted, and presented across airline systems and travel retailers. He compares system behavior to industry standards, commercial practices, technical expectations, and contractual obligations between airlines, intermediaries, and passengers. Mr. Zuttre holds two Master’s degrees in computer science and information technology. He provides expert reports, technical analysis, and consultation on case strategy, with deposition or testimony available when required. He works with both plaintiff and defense counsel and is available for matters nationwide.
