Tashana Kirby-Williams, M.S., CRC, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and vocational expert with more than a decade of experience assisting individuals with disabilities, employers, educational institutions, rehabilitation programs, and workforce development organizations. Her professional experience spans vocational rehabilitation counseling, disability services, accommodations management, vocational evaluation, return-to-work planning, and employability assessment. Ms. Kirby-Williams currently serves as a Vocational Evaluator and Vocational Expert Witness with Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, where she conducts comprehensive vocational evaluations, transferable skills analyses, labor market assessments, employability analyses, and work capacity evaluations. She prepares detailed vocational reports and provides objective vocational opinions regarding earning capacity, employability, vocational limitations, reasonable accommodations, return-to-work feasibility, and vocational rehabilitation planning. In addition to her vocational evaluation work, Ms. Kirby-Williams serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor supporting veterans and service members transitioning to civilian employment. Her experience includes identifying barriers to employment, developing individualized vocational plans, coordinating services, and assisting individuals in achieving successful employment outcomes. Prior to her current roles, Ms. Kirby-Williams served as a Disability Counselor and Team Lead for Central Piedmont Community College, where she conducted assessments, developed accommodation plans, coordinated services for students with disabilities, and provided guidance regarding ADA compliance and accessibility. She also worked as an Accommodation Consultant for Wells Fargo, where she evaluated accommodation requests, reviewed medical documentation, and provided guidance regarding disability-related workplace accommodations, FMLA, and return-to-work issues. Her professional background provides extensive knowledge of disability management, vocational rehabilitation, employment barriers, job analysis, labor market research, accommodations planning, and workforce participation. She has experience working with individuals affected by physical impairments, psychological conditions, educational limitations, and other barriers impacting employability and vocational functioning. Ms. Kirby-Williams earned a Master of Science in Mental Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina A&T State University.
