A U.S. Air Force veteran, he has served in senior leadership roles with leading healthcare organizations including City of Hope, CommonSpirit/Dignity Health, and Kaiser Permanente/Securitas Security Services. He holds board certifications as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA). He is also a California licensed private investigator. Mr. Morris specializes in hospital security operations, with extensive experience in the assessment, design, and implementation of physical security programs. His expertise includes managing armed and unarmed security teams (proprietary and contract), developing standardized policies and procedures, deploying advanced security technologies, leading investigations, overseeing K-9, executive protection, and behavioral threat assessment and management programs.
