His current Certificates include PSP (Physical Security Professional) from ASIS & FCP (Florida CPTED Practitioner) from State of Florida Office of Attorney General - Florida Crime Prevention Training Institute. In addition, Charles is experienced in the compliance process with the Florida Tort Reform Bill / Florida House Bill 837 / Florida Statute 768.0706 that was signed into law in March 2023 providing a “Presumption Against Liability” for multi-family property owners/management companies against premises liability/personal injury claims/lawsuits. Charles is very adept at educating others on the initial and ongoing compliance requirements including CPTED Assessment, security improvements and employee education. He earned the requisite FCP (Florida CPTED Practitioner) designation in December 2024, which was granted by the State of Florida Office of Attorney General. He is also a member of US CPTED and is dedicated to educating others on the substantial Crime Prevention benefits of incorporating CPTED in a building's environmental design.
