As an expert witness and long-term care consultant, I apply my 18 years of experience operating nursing homes. For the last 9 years, I have provided detailed evaluations and expert testimony for legal cases within the long-term care industry. Drawing on extensive operational knowledge, I assist counsel in interpreting clinical records and delivering insights grounded in foundational facts and helping to determine if the standard of care was met. I also apply the federal regulations to determine compliance. I have been retained for 45 cases. 65% defense, 35% plaintiff.
