Dr. Duncan has over 28 years of experience as a board certified OB/GYN and has been on faculty at Duke University Health System for his entire career. He has been privileged to balance a busy generalist practice with a 50:50 mix of obstetrics/gynecology with management of Labor & Delivery at a teaching hospital, teaching resident physicians and students, and active participation in Hospital Leadership and Quality & Safety. He is experienced in co-management of patients with OB/GYN sub-specialists. He currently serves as Chief of Staff and Medical Director of Women's Services at Duke's local community hospital with ~400 beds, 2000 providers, 2500+deliveries/year. Dr. Duncan is the most experienced generalist OB/GYN expert witness on faculty. He has provided case reviews, written reports, deposition, and is available to travel for trial testimony.
