Independent, objective opinions for plaintiffs and defendants on standard of care, causation, and damages. Training & Academic Background. Earned a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University (Magna Cum Laude, 1980) and an MD from Cornell University Medical College. Completed General Surgery residency and Vascular Surgery fellowship training at UCLA (including dedicated research experience) and subsequently served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, teaching medical students and surgical residents. Clinical Career. Practiced with Vascular Surgical Associates in Marietta, Georgia (1995–June 2025), contributing to clinical program development including an outpatient-based endovascular lab and prosthetics services. Currently provides clinical consultation in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive wound care at Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia. Professional experience also includes peer review, quality and safety initiatives, clinical program development, and physician education (resident teaching and Grand Rounds). Licensed in Georgia and California; based in the Marietta/Atlanta area.
