➡️Stuart D. Bagley, MS, CIH, CSP is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (ABIH Certificate #3534) and Certified Safety Professional (BCSP #11829) with over 30 years of experience in occupational health, environmental safety, and industrial hygiene. He is President of IAQ-EMF Consulting Inc., providing expert witness services, exposure assessments, and consulting nationwide. ➡️Mr. Bagley previously served as a Federal OSHA Compliance Officer and later managed EHS programs for Fortune 500 companies including General Electric and General Dynamics. His consulting practice specializes in indoor air quality investigations, mold inspections, electromagnetic field (EMF/EMI) testing, chemical exposure analysis, noise surveys, and OSHA compliance audits. ➡️He has conducted more than 1,000 EMF and indoor air quality investigations across the U.S. and Canada for law firms, insurers, corporations, hospitals, schools, and government clients. He has testified in both plaintiff and defense cases involving environmental exposures, workplace safety, and building science disputes. ➡️Mr. Bagley earned his Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health (Industrial Hygiene) from Wayne State University Schools of Medicine and Pharmacy; and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Michigan. He is an active member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), the Board for Global EHS Credentialing, and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. ➡️He has presented at professional conferences, including AIHA, and serves as a subject matter expert on non-ionizing radiation, indoor air quality and workplace exposure controls.
