Jeude is an explosives safety engineer and system safety consultant with over a decade of combined military and engineering experience in explosive ordnance, energetic materials, and high-consequence hazard environments. He is the principal consultant of Achilles Tactical Solutions LLC, an independent consulting firm based in Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Jeude served six years as a commissioned U.S. Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer, providing him with direct operational experience in the identification, evaluation, and disposal of improvised explosive devices, conventional military munitions, and energetic systems across a range of operational environments. This background gives him a level of applied, real-world credibility that extends well beyond academic or laboratory-only expertise — a distinction that is particularly relevant in criminal, civil, and product liability matters where juries and judges must evaluate competing technical claims. In addition to his EOD background, Mr. Jeude brings system safety engineering expertise applicable to energetic manufacturing, ordnance system development, and production facility operations. His technical work encompasses hazard analysis methodologies including MIL-STD-882, explosive safety quantity-distance calculations, energetic material compatibility and storage assessment, and safety documentation review for defense programs and industrial operations. As an expert witness, Mr. Jeude provides independent, objective technical analysis in matters involving alleged improvised explosive devices and destructive device charges, explosion event reconstruction, product liability disputes involving energetic systems or ordnance components, industrial explosion incidents, and energetic material behavior.
