Dr. Obolsky received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Northwestern University. His past professional experience includes teaching at Northwestern University Law School. He also served as an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He founded and managed the Division of Forensic Psychiatry at the Northwestern University Medical School. He was co-director of the Professionals at Risk Program. He also founded and managed the Psychiatry and Law Program at the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation. Additionally, he served as an Assistant Medical Director at one of the largest Forensic psychiatric hospitals for the criminally insane.
