She is a former Chief of Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, where she led a large multispecialty team and oversaw quality, safety, and performance metrics for one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. Her expertise spans patient safety, standard of care, medical error prevention, quality metrics (including HEDIS measures), clinical documentation, and hospital administration. She has extensive experience with cases involving delayed or missed diagnoses, medication management, infection control, hospital policies, and physician performance.
