Additional Information

If you are looking for an ivory tower "hired gun" who will say whatever you need to be said, then no, Expert Chiropractic Consultants is definitely not right for you. But if you want documented, objective advice about your case, then our team of highly qualified, active practice doctors are ready to assist. We offer a free telephone consultation with Dr. Edwards so feel free to call to discuss. In the event you wish to proceed, our all-inclusive (excluding depositions) flat review fee is $975.00 no matter how large your file. That fee also includes a consultation with you after our review in which we will inform you about whether we believe your case is meritorious or not. If not meritorious, you will avoid wasting time and money by “chasing a rabbit down a hole.” If meritorious, we stand ready to defend our standard of care and causation positions with a narrative report along with deposition and trial testimony. So there are no surprises, our reasonable fees for those additional services are prominently displayed on our website at ExpertChiro.com. In over 4 decades of active clinical practice, Dr. Edwards has performed over one million documented chiropractic adjustments to over 10,000 different patients. The Texas Supreme Court referenced Dr. Edwards' trial testimony a total of 8 times in its decision that informed consent is required, and he authored an article about Informed Consent forms (link on the left). Two different Kansas governors appointed him to serve for 8 years on the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts which licenses and disciplines medical physicians, osteopathic physicians, and chiropractic doctors in its charge to protect the public. As the Chief Chiropractic and Compliance Officer for The Joint, he presented webinars to their hundreds of doctors on how to recognize the signs and symptoms of vertebral artery dissection in progress (link on the left) and also authored an article on that subject (link on the left). Dr. Edwards served as Chairman of the Board of Governors (CEO) of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA). In that position, he appointed the members and personally served on the ACA Clinical Documentation Committee, is certified in Spinal Decompression and Clinical Nutrition, and is a former liability insurance adjuster. He has received over 50 awards for his service to the chiropractic profession and the public (link to full CV top left), including twice being honored as the national "Doctor of the Year."
