TEJ M. SINGH, MD, MBA, RPVI Medical Director, Vascular/Endovascular Surgery Intermountain Health, Peaks Region, St. Mary’s Medical Center 2643 Patterson Road, Vascular Center Suite 605 Grand Junction, CO 81506 Phone: 970.298.3879 | Cell: 650.444.2599 Email: tmsinghmd@gmail.com June 16, 2025 I am writing to express my enthusiastic interest in providing my clinical expertise as a National Vascular Surgery Expert for all legal matters. I have had a very successful vascular surgery practice over the past 30 years and feel with my extensive clinical skills and program development can serve as a very high level vascular surgical expert and case reviewer. I have extensive experience in case review, best practices and depositions. With over 30 years of extensive experience in vascular and endovascular surgery, and a proven track record in leadership, program development, and strategic management, I am eager to contribute to the mission of delivering honest and accurate vascular surgical expertise for any situation as with the program success comes clinical success. In my current role as Colorado Medical Director for Vascular/Endovascular Surgery at Intermountain Health’s St. Mary’s Medical Center, I have led the successful establishment and expansion of a cutting-edge nationally recognized vascular surgery program. My efforts have included the development of a highly efficient vascular surgery program encompassing the Operating Room, Clinical Efficiency, Vascular Laboratory, Nursing Education, and the implementation of Lean principles. This initiative has enhanced clinical efficiency, improved patient outcomes, and positioned St. Mary’s as a leader in vascular care within Colorado. We are the first Community hospital to be Vascular Verified by the ACS/SVS. Previously, as Chief of Vascular Surgery at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, I played a pivotal role in establishing the Cardiovascular Service Line creation and leading it towards clinical excellence with many stakeholders in Cardiology and CT surgery. My leadership was instrumental in integrating Cardiology, CT Surgery, Nephrology, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery into a cohesive and high-performing service line. My strategic planning and operational management skills were key in driving the program’s success and ensuring exceptional patient care. I hold an M.D. from the Pritzker School of Medicine, an MBA with a focus on physician executive leadership from Auburn University and am board-certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery from training at the competitive Stanford University Medical Center. My educational background, combined with my Lean training and ongoing leadership development through programs at Harvard Medical School and Stanford University, equips me with a deep understanding of clinical, operational, and strategic aspects essential for the Medical Director role. Thank you for considering my interest. I am eager to explore how my leadership and expertise can benefit global vascular care and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this role further as needed. Sincerely, Tej M. Singh, MD, MBA, RPVI
