Matt Springer is a Director of Valuation & Litigation Support at Vision Point Capital with over 20 years of experience in business valuation and financial advisory services. He has extensive experience providing valuation advisory services for gift and estate planning, tax reporting, transaction planning, management planning, and financial reporting purposes. He has also performed economic damages analyses, including diminution in value and lost profits, and prepared rebuttal analyses of opposing expert opinions. Mr. Springer has been engaged as a valuation expert on legal matters involving transaction disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate litigation, matrimonial dissolution, and probate matters. Matt works with a broad range of clients, from small, closely-held businesses to large-capitalization public companies, with experience extending across various sectors, including professional services, healthcare, real estate, financial services, energy, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and government contracting. Prior to joining Vision Point Capital, Inc., Matt held senior roles at Andersen Tax and Stout Risius Ross, Inc. He holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation (BV) and Appraisal Review and Management (ARM) designations from the American Society of Appraisers, the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
