Taylor Mullin is a Ph.D. Candidate at The Ohio State University College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. Taylor holds a Masters in Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Education from Capital University, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She is a trained operating room nurse, surgical oncology nurse, and medical/surgical nurse. Taylor maintains a multi-state RN license, along with certifications in chemotherapy and immunotherapy (ONS/ONCC) and is a Certified Nurse in the Operating room (CNOR). Taylor also holds ACLS and BLS. With a dynamic career spanning clinical practice, nursing education, research, and academic leadership, Taylor Mullin, PhD(c), MSN, RN, CNOR, is dedicated to advancing patient care and nursing excellence. As a Clinical Instructor of Practice at The Ohio State University College of Nursing, she teaches across undergraduate and bridge programs, integrating evidence-based practice into pharmacology, pathophysiology, and adult health nursing. With certifications in oncology and perioperative care, she brings hands-on clinical expertise to her teaching and research, particularly in surgical oncology and HPV vaccine uptake. Mullin also serves as a consultant, expert witness, and active contributor to national nursing organizations. Her commitment to healthcare innovation, equity, and interdisciplinary collaboration drives her impact on future nursing leaders and public health outcomes. Taylor has also authored several articles on perioperative care and has presented her work at AORN conferences. Taylor leads a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals. Among them is Dr Lynn Long, board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed in Ohio and Connecticut. Mr. Rizzo, a hospitalist with a focus on oncology and internal medicine, holds national certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN). The team also includes specialists across various fields, offering expertise in pharmacy, fire and safety, EMT protocols and case reviews, as well as advanced life support training, including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ASLS.
