Neurology and neurological surgery have been my focus throughout my 25 years in the medical field. Throughout my clinical career, I have performed countless successful neurological surgeries, and my group and I are now successfully operating with one of the only neurological lasers within the Central United States. Aside from my additional education in Hamburg, West Germany, I graduated with honors from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and obtained my medical degree through New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. I have been a practicing neurologist/neurosurgeon since 2000 after completing my residency in 1999. I have also co-authored several articles and abstracts for the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Neurosurgery and Spine publications (See CV for specifics). Additionally, from 2000-2016, I was a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Surgery, Division of Neurosurgery, and from 2021-2024 I was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Department of Neurological Surgery.
