Expert Witness Profile: Jason Aldred, MD, FAAN: Dr. Jason Aldred is a board-certified neurologist specializing in movement disorders and neuromuscular neurology, with over 16 years of clinical experience serving patients with Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, dystonia, and complex nerve, brain, and spine disorders. As owner of Selkirk Neurology, PLLC, and Inland Northwest Research, LLC, he has provided specialized neurological care to the Spokane and Inland Northwest communities since 2009. Dr. Aldred currently serves as Director of the Huntington Disease Center of Excellence at Selkirk Neurology and was elected President of the Washington State Neurological Society in 2025, having served on its board since 2021. Clinical and Academic Experience: Dr. Aldred maintains an active clinical practice while serving as a clinical educator for residents in psychiatry and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, as well as medical students at the University of Washington and Washington State University. Previously, he chaired the Department of Neurology at Gundersen Health System, where he established its Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Center.
