Pediatric Critical Care Expert – Failure to Recognize Deterioration, Escalation, and ICU Management I am a double board-certified pediatric and pediatric critical care physician with over 22 years of clinical experience, including 16 years at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and 8 years at Stanford University. My medicolegal work focuses on cases involving clinical deterioration, delayed recognition, and failures in escalation of care in hospitalized children.
