Dr. Adamolekun received his Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from North Carolina Central University (Durham, NC). This was followed with a research year as a lab technician II at Biotechnology Biomedical Research Insititute (Durham, NC) before proceeding to medical School. Dr. Adamolekun recieved is DO degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic medicine (Lewisburg WV). Graduate medical education consisted of an Internship year at North Shore-LIJ system (plainview, NY) before completing his General Surgery residency at Ohio University, St. Vincent Medical Center (Toledo Ohio) where he was a Co-Chief Surgical Resident. Vascular Surgery fellowship was completed at Wayne State University/ Detroit Medical Center (Detroit, MI) Dr. Adamolekun is the Current Chairman for Vascular Surgery Department at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic (Pinehurst NC) and Scotland Memorial Hospital (Laurinburg NC). He is also involved in teaching and supervision of midlevels. He's an excellent communicator and participates in multidisciplinary conference for optimal patient management.
