Molly is an experienced equine professional with over 40 years of experience in many aspects of the equine industry and 30 years of teaching experience. Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in administration. Molly has run and managed her own boarding/lesson facility for 26 years. She has developed lesson programs and camp programs, as well as trained people and horses. Molly remains competitive in Dressage where she is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist. She is also a certified Instructor with USHJA and CHA. And a certified financial coach with experience in equine business operations. Molly continues her education through USDF, CHA, and USEF-sponsored events such as the USDF L program, and USDF/USEF trainer’s programs and clinics. And has received a Certificate and diploma from USDF University for continuing education.
