Dr. Glen House is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician currently active in clinical practice while living with a spinal cord injury for the last 33 years. He is subspecialty board-certified in Spine Cord Medicine and Brain Injury Medicine. He is fellowship-trained in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine at the prestigious Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. His practice has focused in spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and complex neurological patients. He served as Medical Director of the Spinal Cord Injury Program, where he taught medical students and residents clinically and in didactics. Dr. House currently holds a position as a Washington State University Medical School Clinical Associate Professor. In addition, he is a serial physician inventor who holds numerous patents. He has a very unique understanding of the medical and non-medical issues related to devastating injuries given his medical training and life experiences. He has been a wheelchair-user since college due to a C7 complete spinal cord injury while snow-skiing.
