Having founded and served for 24 years as CEO of Mullaney Corporation, former Construction Manager's at Risk, Mr. Mullaney understands the vertical construction business, and particularly the demands of private clients, including the unwavering and unrelenting August and December building completion dates for private school client services, notwithstanding labor shortages, strikes, weather, material supply issues, and design documents issues and conflicts between the multiple design disciplines. Serving New England and New York, his company constructed on average 11 major building projects each year many with multilevel underground parking garages.
