Mullaney, JD is a detail-oriented construction expert with 2 plus decades experience in all facets of the low to mid rise construction industry where his former firm constructed numerous new buildings and building additions from institutional academic buildings to athletic centers, theatrical venues, and numerous academic residential housing developments. Having founded and served for 24 years as CEO of Mullaney Corporation, former Construction Manager's at Risk, Mr. Mullaney understands the vertical construction business, and particularly the demands of private clients, including the unwavering and unrelenting August and December building completion dates for private school client services, notwithstanding labor shortages and material supply issues. Serving New England and New York, his company constructed on average 11 major building projects each year many with multilevel underground parking garages. A significant portion of the clients were private colleges and preparatory schools while also serving the medical and multi unit housing sectors. After completing his law degree, David has dovetailed his construction expertise with the finer points of the law creating a niche as an expert witness on cases involving construction delays, cost overruns, design defects, breach of contract, incidents stemming from design negligence and faulty workmanship and other areas of construction. David Mullaney’s distinguished qualifications include a BBA in Business Administration from the Isenberg School at the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law.
