Mr. Wall serves as an Expert Witness, Forensic Engineer, and Consulting Engineer for the Snow Sports and Challenge Course industries. As a Professional Engineer, educator in the Engineering and Ski Industries, Certified Ski Instructor, leader in the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), and consultant for Ski Areas and Challenge Courses, Mr. Wall utilizes his broad experience to provide agile and resilient professional consulting services. These services include forensic analysis and expert witness for snow sports and challenge course risk, professional liability, and premise liability; risk assessment and mitigation; Civil and Structural Engineering; professional liability claim assessments; forensic analysis for personal injury and property loss claims; construction due diligence, schedule impact, delay claims, and contracting; and litigation support and expert testimony. Mr. Wall has been the Owner and Principal of two Civil Engineering and Land Planning firms, an Education firm that provides professional development for Professional Engineers by teaching professional, organizational, and soft-skills, Board Member, Divisional Chairman, Examiner and Clinician for PSIA, and has served as Projects Leader for the conception, land acquisition, planning, funding, permitting, design, and construction for snow sports area, commercial, industrial, municipal, education, Native American, and residential projects.
