Mr. Wall’s Expert Reports settle cases. Mr. Wall’s graduate level research and writing skills give him the ability to originate expert reports containing convincing fact-based narratives that settle cases. Most of Mr. Wall’s cases have been settled based upon his expert report. At age 51, Mr. Wall was admitted to the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. At age 53, after two years of intensive research and peer reviewed writing, Mr. Wall graduated with his MPA and a 3.97 grade point average. Mr. Wall possesses the ideal skill set for Expert Witness work, grounded in his over 40-year career as a certified ski instructor, leader in the Professional Ski Instructors of America, pursuit of lifelong learning, business acumen, graduate level forensic research and writing, and entrepreneurial mastery. This superlative skill set gives Mr. Wall the ability to write high impact Expert Reports and provide expert testimony that explains complex concepts in plain easy to understand language that settles cases. Mr. Wall serves as an Expert Witness, Forensic Specialist, and Consultant for the Snowsports industry. As a Certified Ski Instructor and leader in the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA), and Professional Engineer, Mr. Wall specializes in opining on issues arising from on-hill group activities including group and private ski lessons, ski and snowsports schools, and race team operations. These services include forensic analysis and expert witness for on-hill group supervision, situational safety, program components, facility conditions, standard-of-care, negligence, duty, breach, causation, and harm, litigation support; and expert testimony. Mr. Wall has been a Board Member, Divisional Chairman, Examiner and Clinician for multiple PSIA Regions, is currently the Owner and Principal of an expert witness, forensic analysis, Civil Engineering, and Land Planning firm, and an education firm that provides professional development by teaching professional, organizational, and soft skills. Mr. Wall is a member of the Professional Education Staff for PSIA Northern Intermountain (PSIA-NI).
