Dr. Collins is a licensed and practicing physical therapist in Florida, with over 13 years of clinical experience. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at D' Youville University in Buffalo. She underwent training from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, adding to her credentials as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with a wound care specialty. She also is one of very few physical therapists whom are Board Certified as an Oncologic Physical Therapist. Dr. Collins has significant clinical experience across practice settings, including skilled nursing care, outpatient rehab with a focus on personal injury impairments, and complex medical cases working at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. Dr. Collins also is an active educator at the University of South Florida, teaching and completing research within the Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
