Dr. Paul E. Lapco MD is a board-certified ear, nose, and throat surgeon and trained expert witness with over 20 years of overall experience. In addition to offering comprehensive care for the full scope of ENT conditions, he performs many minimally invasive procedures such as balloon sinuplasty and advanced endoscopic surgery – with a special interest in the medical and surgical treatment of sinus problems. He is also fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Lapco is an experienced expert witness, having served for both defense and plaintiff cases, at trial and deposition, as well as in the fields of disability assessment, the performance of IMEs, and forensic testing within his field. He has vast experience related to vehicle and work accidents, as well as insurance company claims. Dr. Lapco brings 15 years of clinical, research, and scientific experience to the analysis of each case and serves as an expert witness to 10-15 cases a year. Treatments and procedures: Balloon Sinuplasty, all in-office ENT procedures, Latera implant, CPAP sleep apnea therapy, allergy desensitization - shots and drops, Rhinaer, Vivaer, ClariFix, oral appliance therapy, dizziness, tinnitus, and noise trauma evaluation, management and rehabilitation. Disorder evaluation diagnosis and treatment of smell, taste, and voice.
