John Medina is experienced in construction defect litigation and expert witness services for plaintiff and defense attorneys. He is a registered architect with NCARB certificates in 10 states. Currently serves as owner/principal of Miami Curtain Wall Consultants with an active design and forensic architecture practice. John Medina is a highly experienced expert who has written reports in more than 160 construction cases and provided testimony in many mediations, arbitrations and court appearances. He has analyzed all aspects of construction projects to support clients in resolving disputes and litigation. His knowledge and expertise in all aspects of glazing and waterproofing services on the exterior of building envelopes for New, Existing, Signature and High-Rise buildings is extensive and effective in resolving most construction disputes. Additional expert witness services for standard care of roofing and window wall design are available, as well as traditional architectural design, production of construction documents and contract administration.
