Throughout my career, I have held various roles including Internal Auto Damage Manager, Auto Damage Field Supervisor, Senior Auto Damage Adjuster, Collision Repair Estimator/Production Manager, Independent Adjusting Firm Owner/Manager, Independent Appraiser, and Independent Valuation Expert. I have managed and trained adjusters, supervisors, vendors, repair technicians, and providers at individual and divisional levels. I hold a B.A. in Business Management and am a certified adjuster/appraiser through IAAA, I-Car, ASE, and New York State. Additionally, I hold an inactive NYS property and casualty agent's license.
