I am an experienced general contractor and builder. I am currently licensed, bonded and insured and have been continuously since October of 1969. I have over 54 plus years experience in general building of residential, commercial and light industrial projects. I have 2 offices, one in the Puget Sound area of Seattle Washington and another in the Tri-cities area of eastern Washington. I currently exercise my skills as an expert witness in construction defect cases that entail forensic investigations, cost estimating, report writing and litigation support. I am also a licensed master Journeyman plumber and plumbing contractor now retired with more than 46 years experience. I keep current on all aspects of construction and plumbing and opine in both of these areas of my expertise. My hands-on trade experiences encompass all areas of general construction and building from design through building completion including direct supervision of all of the construction sub trades. I have opined in more than 76 cases for construction defects and plumbing related matters over the past 14 years and have provided testimony in depositions and court trials 18 times in my career as an expert witness. I operate my business mainly in the Pacific Northwest of Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Oregon but i am capable of traveling anywhere my client wishes my expert services.
