Dr. Zendehrouh was the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Healogics, LLC, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services with over 600 hospital based wound care centers, near 300 employed practice professionals, approximately 3,500 panel physicians, treating over 300,000 wound care patients annually and has healed nearly 4 million wounds. He served as lead physician on the Healogics Professional Liability/Medical Negligence Claim Review Committee. Dr. Zendehrouh is a Yale-trained, Board Certified in General Surgery with experience as Trauma surgeon and Burn Surgeon in a Level I Trauma Center. His extensive experience in wound healing includes: - Pressure injuries/ulcer - Diabetic lower extremity wounds - Venous leg ulcers - Arterial Ulcers - Atypical Ulcers - Surgical wounds - Trauma wounds - Burn wounds Additionally he has extensive experience in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for severe wounds and other applicable conditions. Dr. Zendehrouh has experience as an expert witness, including behind the scenes/consulting expert as well as deposition testimony.
