Dr. Sestak's expertise includes integration of IBM Cell Broadband Engine technology into various fields, including medical 3-D sonograms, gaming, computer security, military applications, and the aerospace industry. Dr. Sestak has been instrumental in the development of plans for a national vertiport system and a national small aircraft transportation system. He served as a principal systems-engineering supervisor for a comprehensive logistics support system tailored to military and commercial aircraft.
