I or my co-workers have supported complex litigation throughout the U.S. including U.S Supreme Court Water Rights cases on endangered species, NRDA, inadvertent releases, and water quality. Our ecological consulting services are nationally recognized and include restoration and environmental compliance assistance on projects of all sizes for freshwater mussels, bats, fisheries, aquatic surveys, and streams and wetlands. We also have a large bioassay and taxonomy identification laboratory to support ecological and biomonitoring projects, including whole effluent toxicity and harmful algal bloom testing.
