Dr. Francis is a Fellow of the American College of Professional Neuropsychology. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (ABN). Dr. Francis is a professional member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the National Academy of Neuropsychology. He is a member of Division 22 (Rehabilitation) and Division 40 (Neuropsychology) of the American Psychological Association. He is also a member of the Society for Personality Assessment. Dr. Francis has spent over 20 years in the assessment and treatment of chronic pain, neurodegenerative disorders, and traumatic brain injuries. He was appointed by the State of California's Department of Industrial Relations to serve as a Qualified Medical Evaluator and has performed over 500 medical-legal evaluations in the workers' compensation arena. In personal injury cases, Dr. Francis has served as both a plaintiff and defense consultant and expert witness.
