Dr. Inga Fors earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has completed externships in Vision Therapy, Pediatrics, and Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation in Chandler, Arizona and an Ocular Disease and Primary Care externship at Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Fors is a member of the American Optometric Association, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and The Lion’s Club. She volunteers for school and sports vision screenings and has served on medical mission trips with Student Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity (SVOSH) International to provide eye care in third- world countries, including several cities in Mexico and Costa Rica. In private practice since 2017, Dr. Fors has worked in Primary Care and specialties including: Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation, Pediatrics, Vision Therapy, and Ocular Disease. Her passion is Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation, and she has practiced, given educational lectures, and trained staff in Phoenix and Northern California on Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitation and Vision Therapy. Dr. Fors is completing fellowship work for the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association and The College of Optometrists in Vision Development. She is currently also an Associate Professor and Adjunct Faculty at Midwestern Optometry College in Phoenix Arizona in the TBI/ABI, Vision Therapy and Primary Care Clinics.
