Steven S. Paul is a vehicle expert witness with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in automotive, RV, and commercial truck diagnostics, inspections, appraisal, and failure analysis. Mr. Paul is ASE Master Certified in both Automobile and Medium/Heavy-Duty Truck disciplines and is also NRVIA Level II certified.
