I'm an active Team Physician for a local university, and take call at a Level 1 Trauma Center. I have experience in managing complex cases, depositions, and expert witness testimony. Renaissance Scholar, Magna Cum Laude, University of Southern California Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS) Extensive experience with complex shoulder, hip, and knee cases: Joint Preservation: including cartilage transplantation, biologics (PRP/ stem cell/ amnion), reconstructive ligamentous surgery, and meniscal repair /transplantation, rotator cuff repair, labrum, shoulder instability. Modern Joint Replacement: minimally invasive robotic knee replacement, anterior hip replacement, navigation-assisted partial / total knee replacement, and total/ reverse shoulder replacement. Acute Trauma: Taking call at a Level 1 Trauma Center exposes him to the various facets involved with acute care surgery including, timing, appropriateness, and standard of care for pelvic fractures, extremity/ long-bone fractures, joint dislocations of the shoulder, hip, and knee, and fractures of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Hand: Endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery, Trigger Finger, Tenosynovitis, Wrist Fracture, Amputations, and Infections.
