A Birmingham, Alabama native, Matthew attended Samford University for his undergraduate studies, completed his post graduate work at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Matthew attended grade school at Mountain Brook Elementary, and high school at Briarwood Christian School. Matthew also holds the following professional licenses: • NASD Series 7, 8, & 63 • Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Missouri, and Florida State Banking Licenses Matthew is married to the former Kathryn Gwaltney, and the couple have two children, Merus (7), and Emory (5).
